Format painter

By using format painter we can repeat same set of formatting in to a paragraph. 

We can use format painter by using following steps:-

• First we need to place cursor within the text whose formatting we want to copy.
• Now we can click Format Painter button which is located at the Clipboard group of Home tab
• Now we can use mouse to select the text / paragraph to which we want to apply the same copied format.
• We can double click format painter button if we want to apply the same formatting to multiple places in the document.
