MS word Auto Format refers to the feature that automatically formats a document based on a pre-defined set of rules. The feature is available in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. When we apply Auto Format to a document, it automatically applies formatting to text, tables, lists, and other document elements to make the document look more professional and consistent.
Auto Format can be accessed by clicking on the "Home" tab, then clicking on the "Styles" group, and selecting "Change Styles" from the drop-down menu. From there, we can choose from several pre-defined styles, or create our own custom style. We can also choose which elements of the document we want to apply the Auto Format to, such as headings, lists, or tables.
