How to open Word Document

How to open MS-Word document

We can open MS-word file using following steps:

Click Office button > Open  or Ctrl + O shortcut key from the keyboard

Now Open dialog box will appear

He we can specify location and file name according to our need and then we can click Open button to open specified file.
